I am US citizen. We are waiting for my husband's I-751 to get finalized. He is conditional green card holder right now. Can he still sponsor his parents for visit here or should I sponsor them?

What if my husband's income alone is not sufficient?

Somewhere on USCIS site, it is written that if he wants to show my income in household, I need to fill I-864A form and send it along.

If his income alone is not sufficient, then can I sponsor my in-laws without any issues?

I-864, I-864A etc. are only for sponsoring someone's greencard (immigrant visa.) They are NOT for visitor visa.

Just fill out I-134 and show joint income.
