visitor visa
Hello,
My query is -
1. I have currently applied for h1 to h4 transfer. Current status of my application is "Case received and pending" or "H-1B (change of status to H-4 pending)".
I would like to call my parents to us in mid-aug. My husband will sponser the visa for my parents.
Will it be safe to take an interview appointement for my parents thou my visa status is pending state.
