Order of documents for visitor visa ?

Hi,
I have sent 2 sets of the following papers for visitor visa for my parents-in-law. Can you please tell me if there is a specific order for these documents?

1.DS-156
2.Affidavit of support
3.Copy of passport
4.Copy of residency status
5.Bank Statement
6.Employment verification letter
7.Letter to Consular Officer
8.Letter to Parents-in-law

I have also sent the following additional documents. Can you please tell me if there is anything else I need to send?

1.Copy of my wife's passport
2.Copy of my wife's residency status
3.Copy of our marriage certificate
4.Copy of income tax returns for last 2 yrs
5.Copies of bank statements for last 3 months
6.Salary statements-3
