Visitor Visa Sponsoring

Hi,

I am in US with L2 visa from India. My husband is on L1.
I would like to get my aunts to US on visitor visa and sponser for the same.
My aunts are unmarried and hence no family ties.
But they do have property documents and working in India for 10+ years.
Any thoughts on
1. What visa should they apply
2. If I can sponser for their visit to US or do they need to show enough bank balance
3. What are the chances of getting visa

Any suggestions?
