expired greencard

my friend has an expired greencard. he wants to visit US.
what shall he do?

He worked for more than 10 yrs in US and is now qualified to file his retirement with SSS. Having an expired greencard can he still avail of that benefit?

He has to get visitor visa to visit US.

Yes, he can get SS benefits even if his greencard has expired, as long as he qualifies for the benefits otherwise.
