Reg. Reapplying Visitor visa

Hi,
First of all thanks to Immihelp for prompt responses. Yesterday my parents got the visitor visa at chennai where as my in-laws got rejected twice in the month of june with the
ame documents(they went twice because my wife was risk pregnant at that time)with 214b.

1. now my question is next month my in-laws appointment.Is it ok to go as they were rejected twice and it's only 3 months
What will be chances.

They can go again, but they might be rejected again, if the situation has not changed since last rejection.

And don't mention your wife's pregnancy.
