Vistor visa

I am sponsoring my sister on vistor visa. I have three questions
1) While sending copies of tax returs for last three years, do I need to notarize or can I send just copies??

2) I booked appointment for my sister, as my income per annum is around 20k and my wife's 45k, will my tax returns which are filed jointly will take care even though I have less income.?

3) when sending Affidavit of support(134) do I need to send my wife pay stub's and her employment verfication letter, H1copy though I am sponsoring my sister. Will that help my sister to get vistor visa?

Please help me as soon as you can.

1. Just copies. No need to do any notary.
2. That's OK. Income will be counted as 65K.
