Spouse on F1-CPT - Can I visit him on B1/B2

Hi,

I have a valid B1/B2 visa and wish to visit my spouse who is on F1-CPT for a short duration of 1 month as a visitor. (I work and will not be able to avail of more leave).

Will I face any difficulty at the Port of Entry/ Immigration if I inform the officer that the purpose of my travel is to visit my husband and tour places of interest?

What supporting documents should I carry with myself ? Will an invitation letter from my husband help ?

I could visit my husband on B2 since I was visiting him for a short duration.
