Hello,
My husband is filling the form I-134 for my parents. He is on H1, I am on H4.
The two questions from I-134:
1) I have previously submitted affidavit of support for following persons:
Does this mean only form I-134? Does my name (H4- depedant) need to be mentioned here?
2) I have submitted visa petition(s) to USCIS on behalf of following persons:
Our visas got extended last year. We have our I-797. Does this mean he filed a petition for me? Does he need to mention me?
