  • Question on I-134 and Visa Appointment....

    1) I have taken web visa appointment at chennai for MIL using my wife's name as sponsor, but now i am sponsoring her and sending all the documents on my name... Is it OK????

    2) On I-134 question #8, my wife is working and we have 1 month old baby, do i have to mention both their names as dependents??
Also will there be a problem if we mention about the baby during interview, as they might think she is coming b'cos of the baby.

    3) I sponsored my parents, so i have to mention their name on question #9 (I-134).

    Thanks

    1. OK.
    2. You have to mention. You have to write everything truthfully. It can potentially cause problem if they notice one month old baby. But it can much bigger problems if lie.
