i live in usa with my husband and we wanna apply for my mother on visitor visa but my husband's tax returs are not enough.wat should we do?can we use formI-864 as additional support from mu husband's friend who pays a really good tax?and who should writte to consulate to issue visa to my mother,me or my husband ?coz im dependent on my husband,i dont work.
