viisiter visa for canada immigration

My husband is in canada and has applied for immigration of Canada from US office .
I am in India.
So,I have to stamp of immigration from US.
so,should i apply for visiter visa or other to enter there and stamp my passport?

My medical is done in India.
should I wait for passport submission letter or apply on base of medical is done?
because i have to stamp my passport within 30days after getting passport submission letter.

My husband is in Canada and I am in India..
My immigration file for Canada is proceed in USA at last stage..
I have done my medical in India and my husband's done in Canada at 18th august..
we are waiting for passport submission letter..

I have to stamp my passport from USA office when it will be requested.
but according to Indian regulation,I cant sent my passport outside India through any courier..
so, i suppose to take visitor visa for USA..
Is that passport submission letter require for USA visa or they consider on base of medical done?
because whenever I get that letter,I have to submit my passport within certain time period.
so, I have to apply for US visa before that letter receive..
