Hi,
I would like some help with completing the I-94 form. My wife's passport has just here given name complete (and no last name). When we got the US Visa (tourist) they put the entire name in the LAST name and left first name blank/SKU....when asked at the consulate, i was told that it wuld not be a problem as here in US last name is more important than first name and since she did not have any last name (passport issued such), her entire name was put in as the last name. Now how would she complete the I-94 form when entering US? Should i stick with how the VISA has been issued and provide the entire name in LINE 1 (last name) and leave LINE 2 (first/given name) blank? Please advice!!! Thanks in advance!!!
