Visitor Visa sponsorship question
Hi All,
I have a question about the sponsorship documents for a Visitor Visa for my parents.I am on H1B Visa and currently not working due to medical reasons.So all I have is only two recent paystubs.I saw in the sponsor document checklist that they mentioned about 3 to 4 paystubs.To accomodate for 4 paystubs,I am planning to keep my husband's paystubs.Please advise me on this.
Also regarding the bank statements most of the accounts that have required balance are under my husband's name.Recently I moved some under my name.
So in order to show financial stability for 6 months,I am planning to keep bank statements from two different banks (one under my husband'sname and other under mine).Can we do like this?
Following the scenario above, is it possible to sponsor my parents by both of us?Any issues/Problems please suggest.Any help would be highly appreciated.
