Dear all,

My wife is a US LPR- she has applied a spouse visa for me. Last year i applied for visitor visa and got rejected.

I have one year old daughter who is a US National, Can i apply for a visit visa to meet her? what is the possibility.

Spouse visa or Green Card?

As you have immigrant intent, you can never get a visitor visa as per the law.
