Dear Sir/Madam,
Q: I am a US Citizen and my fiance's is a Canadian Citizen. We are planning to get married very soon in USA.
My fiance' parents are in India are very very old and unable to travel hence not be able to attend function.
I sponsored my parents for Immigrant Visa and they just sent their DS 230 package to National visa center and awaiting for the review and interview letter, so chances are they won't be able to travel, until they get immigrant visa.
With all these complex issues, we were thinking to invite my sister (who is married) but living separately from her husband due to mental and physical abuse by her in laws. She is employed and working in a Travel company in India.
We also want to invite one of his brother and sister who are married and live in India.
We don't know, which form and what supporting documents we should send it to them, so that they can apply for visitor visa to attend the wedding function?
Please advise.
