I-134 questions - Urgent please

My wife and me are on GC. I have 2 months old son. My wife used to work earlier and now she is not.

Under question 8, what should I write? Both my wife's name and son's name? AND Should I write my in-laws names also?

My employer sponsored me GC thru EB3. Should I mention my wife's name under question 10 as she was dependent on me for GC that time?

10. No. That is only for family based immigration petition. Not for dependents of EB3 petition.
