Different last name on passport and green card

Hi i have a question i am planning to apply for my parents visitor's visa. I have a question i have applied for my green card and then after that i had to renew my passport. So i changed my name in the passport from my maiden name to my surname. So now my new passport has my surname and my green card has my maiden name. All my other documents have my maiden name only. Just my passport has my surname. I am confused what am i supposed to put in my I134. I am worried. Will there be any problem? Please any help or advice really appreciated.

Put your most recent name. And also provide how you got your most recent name, such as marriage certificate.
