You probably already know that is is illegal to enter US on a B1/B2 visa with the intention to change status. Your I-94 could be annotated "NO AOS/COS" at POE and the right channel to get married is by the K visa procedure which is already discussed on immihelp.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

Yes, I do know it is illegal but many people get married on a B2 visa and we are too old to wait for another year.

So, could you please answer my questions now?

This place is different. You will not get advise on how to cheat the immigration system on this forum or website. You may turn elsewhere who may oblige.

          I agree.

You are damaging other people's chances of obtaining visitor visas by abusing the one given to you.

You are too old?! give me a break... why should you get to skip the set guidelines everybody else has to abide by? what makes you so special?
