Parent Visitor VISA get rejected twice - Pls HELP!
Hi,
My parents Visitor VISA got rejected twice for same reason(214 B) in dhaka Bangladesh . First time they faced the interview in February, 2009 and the other one was just yesterday. My father is a retired govt. officer and my mother is house wife. He showed his properties and income back home. Also i have two younger sisters who are not married living with them in Bangladesh. So i thought these would be enough to prove that they will go back.
I lost my wife last year and so in the application i mentioned the reason of their visit is to see their grand son and me as well as to visit some vacation spots. I don't know what exactly is wrong with that.
I am a Green card holder and i have already reached the time to apply for my citizenship. I didn't apply yet though. May be is this the reason behind the scene for their rejection? Please advice! Thanks.
