Tax Documents for Visitor Visa

Hi,

I want to send the Sponsor documents for my parents for their visitor visas. I came to US in March this year and I never filed Tax here in US.

In my case, would it be necessary to submit the Income Tax return documents at the time of (my parents) interview at US consulate? If so, then how to get these documents?

My pay-stub says that certain amount is deducted every month for State and Federal Taxes each.

Photo copies of passport

Hi,

My parents met a known agent in India and he suggested to get the photo copies of our passport in colour.

Is it really necessary to have a colour xerox of all the documents we send? Does that add any chance in getting a visitor visa?

There is no such need. There is no such requirement.

I don't know where do these agents get such ideas!!
