i-134 question

If the i-134 form there are couple of questions I left bank do I need to specify "Null" or can I leave it blank.

I already notrazied the form and sent it to my mom. If it is blank can she manually write "Null" or "NIL" in the blank space or do I have to resend her the form again.

She can write 'None', 'N/A' etc. by hand.
