My parents B2 visa got rejected @ MUMBAI

Hey guyz i need help bad... i heard right now swine flue goin on in india thats why they are not issuing visa is it true ? their interview was on 08/16/09 n we are planing to apply again in this same month.. could be on 25th or 26th should we go for it or wait for couple of month ? dont know what to do...
Visa officer asked only few basic Question Like what do you do ? how many kids do ya have ? do you get pension ? whats ur sponsor do in US ? Thats all
give me some idea what to do now ? any suggestion would really help...

Flu has got nothing to do with visa rejection. If that was the case, they would have closed the consulate for a lock down rather than expose the VOs to potential swine flu germs by having people attend the visa and cough at them
