mother has 10 yrs visa. Do i need to send I-134 ?

Hi All,

My mother has 10 yrs multiple visa. She came to US in 1999.
I'm planning to call her again.

Do I need to send new I-134 form ?
Also, I heard nowadays all visitor's have to go thru fingerprinting. Is it in India or at port of entry ?
Is there anything she'll have to pay extra for fingerprinting ?

She has to purchase ticket and come here.

No fingerprinting needed for her in India. Only at port of entry.

Officer at POE, won't ask for who is sponsoring you ? or who are you going to stay with ?

For those reasons, I thought I need to send new I-134.

Just wanted to make sure, I'm not missing anything...
