Need information for Visitor Visa to Canada
Hi,
I am a citizen of India and I came to USA on L1B Visa and have got SSN.I am working as a software engineer.I want to visit canada for tourism purpose only.
My queries are :
1) Do I fall under the category of Temporary US Residents?
2)If No, then what process and docs I have to follow for applying visitor visa for canada.?
3)I applied for Canadian Visitor visa from India in May,2008 and it got rejected.Will this have any negative impact if I am applying for a visitor visa once again but this time from USA? and do I have to mention it while filling the form that I was rejected for a visitor visa once.?
