My MIL/FILvisa got rejected . They had already submitted non-refundable Rs.4600 D.D to the consulate. I have taken another appointment in the month of Aug to them. Will they need to submit another d.d for Rs.4600? and one more thing do i need to send any reapplication letter to My MIL/FIL(The consulate Letter).i am not finding answers for how to reapply.please tell me some thing i have searched your website but i didn't find enough information for re apply.i would appriciate for your help.

If it is refused under section 221(g), you don't need new DD. Else you need.
