Visa Documents for Mother

Hi immihelp,

I am in the US on H1B visa and am planning to invite my mother over to US for a short duration to visit me. I received immense help from immihelp forums and FAQs and I am thankful for that.

However, I do have a question right now for which I am not able to get a straightforward answer, so I hope immihelp and its members can help!

I have prepared all documents from my side for sponsoring and inviting my mother. However, my sister is also in US on a B1 visa for a short period (3 months) and she does not receive salary and does not have any of the documents that are needed for sponsor invitation.

So, my question is, what documents, if any, do I need to provide for my sister who is on B1?

So am I correct in assuming that besides a proof of her legal status, there is no other document needed for my sister?

What documents can you send showing her legal status other than a copy of unexpired I-94?
