Re-entering US after 3 months

Hi,

My parents visited US for 5 months in B2 visa and went back to India in July, 09. Can they again come to US to stay with me in October' 09 or they need to wait till February '10, to re-enter US.

They may get shorter duration of visit if they visit so soon. But then, it mostly depends on the PoE officer. They need to spend more time in home country than in the US and that basic thumbrule is being not followed here.
