hi,
My husband is about to change job. so a new h1 will be filed..and v don't know how long it will take. We are about to sponsor my parents with my brother who is in 3rd year engg and we are expecting them to visit in Dec 09 first week.
1. is it possible to sponsor while new h1 is being filed. if so what xtra documents shud we send to convince embassy..some say receipt is ok..
2. i have heard cases where a student gets rejected easily for tourist visa and since my bro is a student what careful steps we must take. its much better even he visits for one month and then getting rejected..
pls help, they are coming for the first time..
