My parents visitor visa got rejected by the Mumbai Consulate on the grounds that there is not enough evidence that they will return! this is when, my father is still employed and had a proof of employment with him at the time of the interview.
My question is:
1. is there is a higher possibility of getting visa if both of them apply seperately and go on different dates. like my mother can apply first and say that she has to come back since her husband is not travelling with her and my father can apply later
2. is there a maximum number of days for which the business visa is issued. my father has a possibility of trying to get a business visa through his company on the pretext of a technical meeting in the US.
3. or should we just reapply for both of them together with more documentation to prove they will go back.
Please send in your opinions on this.
