What to do with the documents

My mom is going for stamping tomorrow. I have sent her
all the documents in proper order.
I was wondering if any body can tell me when are they gonna ask for documents - does she has to submit them someplace or will she be asked for them in the interview.

She does not have to submit all the papers at once. Whenver asked, she can provide them. Also if they ask some question, and some document is going to prove that, she should give that document at that time.
