business & visitor visa b1/b2

I am going to US for meeting/discsussions and my company is sponsering my trip under B1/B2 visa for 3 weeks. My husband wants to accompany me (B2). We have got visa interview date on 24th July. Our whole trip tickets/staying etc is sponsered by my company.I have invitation letter as well as company letter which clearly states all the above details.

My husband is proprietor of his company.What all documents he will need to produce for the visa interview.
Also, his company is not yet registered but he has been filing IT returns as proprietor for last 3 years. Please help me regarding the documentation.
