Visitors visa for my sister's family

Hi,

I would like to sponsor my sister's family for visitor visa to US , my sister is 32 yr, brother-in-law 40yr, two kids one is 12yr and other 8yr.
I am on OPT(F1) and got my h1 this year so i am going to be on H1 from October 1st 2009.
My questions are:
I am i able to sponsor my sister's family?, because i didn't get my H1 visa stamping yet i just have the H1 approval notice and documents.
My brother-in-law is well settled in Hyderabad and they have their own business, does he need to show all the property and business related documents?.
I am planning to book the visa interview in October or November, is this the better time or do i need to apply before the summer vacation.

Please suggest on this. Thank you in advance.

Yes, you can sponsor them.

However, if they can take care of the expenses themselves (sponsor themselves), that is best.

Visitor visa question

I have a similar situation like anugu.

I would like to sponsor my sister's family for visitor visa to US , my sister & brother-in-law both are Doctors in South Tamil Nadu, well setteled , running their own clinic, both are is 44 yrs old, two kids boy is in 2nd year B.Tech & girl is in 10th standard. I heard from some friends that Doctors are hard to get tourist visa.

I am on EAD working in a private firm here in California. My 485 was in processing. I was in H1 & then H4 & then got EAD thru my wife's H1.

Please suggest on this. Thank you in advance. .
