Latest documents needed..?

My mothers visa got rejected on May 12 th from chennai consulate and she is
going again to chennai consulate on July 23 rd. All the documents I have
sent for May 12th interview are enough for July 23 rd interview or
do I need to send the latest documents.

If yes, which latest documents I have to send?
