Visitors Visa in India

I am Indian citizen doing business in United Kingdom. I started my business recently and havent had any Tax Returns filed yet. I am planning to visit US for a week. I want to attend for the visa interview in India as i have already been rejected visitors visa twice (My Cirumstances changed Now) since last time i went for visa in london.

I was rejected visa becoz i have a short term visa in UK according to VO.

My questions are:

1) What are the documents i need to provide them?
2) Do i need to include my previous rejection letters?
3) Since i havent got any Tax returns? will that effect my chances of getting visa?

3. If you had any tax returns when you had income in India, you should provide those. If you never had any income, it would be very tough for you to get any visa.
