Hi,
My mom just got her Visa in last week for 10 years multiple entry. Unfortunately my mom won't be able to come next month as we had decided. Is there any rule which says that your first visit to USA must be within 6 months of your visa issuance? I thought once got you can come anytime with only rule that you cannot stay here more than 6 months and if you have to for any reason you must file your extension?
