hi.. i'm planning to bring my parents to US. My mother hasnt received her passport yet.
1)so, is it possible to take an appointment for my father and then later add mother to it?
2)is the Modify appointment link in tts website only for changing the appointment date?

You can't do that. You need both passport numbers.
