Dear Sir,
I am a 22 yr old engineer working in an mnc in dubai, United Arab Emirates.My salary is Aed 6000 plus allowances and i have been workin here fr a year. I had visa interview here. The consular officer asked my abt my salary, my stay here in dubai, also whether i have family here.My family is in goa, India.The officer rejected my application saying it is difficult for a visa to be given when the applicant is not in his home country.then she said that i have been here only a year also my salary is not much, so i cannot have formed enough ties with the place.I intend to reapply from india, with my parents property documents amounting to say 30 lakh. My bank statements have around 3-4 lakh. The trip will be self sponsored. Do i stand a chance?
