Would Letter from Doctor's Office help in Visitor Visa

Hi,
My parents Visitor Visa's have been rejected recently, cause being NO SPECIFIC REASON to visit USA. I'm pregnant now and was wondering if letter from Doctor's office (Saying High Risk Pregnancy) would help in getting Visa's for my parents? I would sincerely appreciate your feed back.
