passport question

I'm planning to bring my parents. i don't have copies of all the pages of the passport, i've only pages that are not blank. since i've sent my passport for revalidation i won't be able to send copies of blank pages. Is it enough if i submit copies that have visas and otherinfo.

You need copies of all 36 pages of passport.

How does anyone know other pages are not blank and nothing problematic is written on those pages that you are claiming are blank?

I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I am sponsoring my father in law and mother in law.is it necessary for me to send affidavit of support (I-134) for both of them individualy or one affidavit of support is enough for both of them?
