B2 interview in Hindi/English instead of Punjabi

I sponsored my mom from USA and sent all required documents. I booked her interview in Punjabi via VFS and interview letter also says language punjabi but the couselor officer (understand hindi)asked questions in hindi and english and she could not understand 2 questions as he was using some english words in the questions and my mom got 214 b denial. What would be next for me.
