Visiting visa rejected twice on 214(b) for Aunt & Uncle @ Hyd with in 12mons

Hi,
Visiting visa rejected twice with in 12mons on 214(b)@Hyd consulate for my Aunt and Uncle,both the times we sponsored them.

I want to take an appointment again in September and this time I want them to sponsor themselves for the trip since there should be a change than the 2 previous rejections.

1. Will the VO ask them why do you want sponsor yourself for the trip this time (for the last 2 rejections they had a sponsor i.e me).

2. how much bank balance and annual income do they require for the self sponsor.

1. They can ask anything they want. However, this question is not significant. If they can sponsor themselves, they should always do so.

2. There is no such rule or regulation. They should have enough money to take care of the finances during their trip.
