Hi,
Once my IN_LAWS visa got rejected under 214(B) and again they reappearing for visa on Thursday.
This time only my Mother-In-law appearing for visa.

My father-in-law has prepared a letter to consulate, the reason for not accompanying my mother-in-law.

1 )
Can we attach this letter to Sponser's Consulate letter ?

And we are also planning to attach my mother-in-law's affidavit to Sponser's consulate letter . The affidavit contains the property information and ties in INDIA.

2) Is it proper to way to attach like this ?

3) What is the order of documents we need to arrange ?
