I am an Green Card holder. I have 6 siblings ( all with families and ties) residing in India, with no intention of immigrating. My parents have expired.
My 45 yrs old unmarried sister will be trying for a tourist visa. She owns some land and houses in India. She does not work full time.
I will be sponsering her trip to usa.
four years back, in 2000, we applied for her visa. It got rejected twice on 221g. They did not explain which doucments were missing
This time we are applying for simple tourist visa.
Do I need to provide any relationship affidavit?
What are the best documents supporting her intention of not immigrating?
What are the chances of her getting the visa?.
