Question on Form I-134...Need Urgent help!

Hello:
I urgently require help on the following questions...

My question is on Q9. and Q10. of the I-134 form.

Q9. States:
"That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state "None""

Now, I had applied for my parents visas in Jan 2004 but my parents visas were refused. The officer gave them the I-134 back without stamping anything on it.

Therefore:

1. In the present I-134 should I mention for (Q9.)

A. yes I have submitted affidavit(s) of support for father and mother and mention both their names ?

or

B. write "None" ?

Q.10 states
"That I have submitted visa petition(s) to INS on behalf of the following persons. If none, state none"

I dont quite understand this question...
Can someone please explain? As far as my parents are concern I have NOT submitted anything to the INS...
