Hello:
My question is on Q9. of the I-134 form.
Q9. States:
"That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state "None""
Now, I had applied for my parents visas in Jan 2004 but my parents visas were refused. The officer gave them the I-134 back without stamping anything on it.
Therefore:
1. In the present I-134 should I mention for (Q9.)
A. yes I have submitted affidavit(s) of support for father and mother and mention both their names ?
or
B. write "None" as their I-134 were simply returned back to them?
OR
Is it that this question really pertains to persons other than the ones whom we are preparing affidavit of supports for?
