Change of status from b1/b2 to F1 approves after I-94 expires?
hi
I came to US on visiting visa (b2) and applied to an unversity here and got I-20 for the fall semester(starting sept 28'09).
I have filed for the Change Of Status from B1/B2 to F1 , receipt received from USCIS.
what if the Change Of Status from B1/B2 to F1 gets approved after i-94 expires and the registration for the this semester ends?
Can I stay in US and wait till the next semester since i will be on F1 status ? anyone pls clarify...
