Hi,
My mother visited US once for six months (Nov.2003 to April 2004). I would like to get her here once again. She has 1 year multiple entry B1 visa valid until Sept. 16, 2004. She is coming in USA in August 2004 via London (Air India). My questions are--
1. Is there any time limit between two visits?
2. What is the possibility of getting her six months I-94 even though her visa would be valid only for 24 days?
3. Does she require to have airside transit visa (via London or Frankfurt by Air India) on her way back to India after her US visit ? (She won't have valid US visa at that time i.e. after Sept 16, 2004)
