some complications in filling I-134

Hi all,

I face some complications in filling I-134, please help!!

1) If something is not applicable to us, do we have to leave it blank or write nil/none. in some Qs it is specified to state "none" how abt other Qs for ex 1. a. 1.b. etc.

2) In Q3, the details asked for spouse or children is for Visa Interview or Travel to USA ?

3) In Q9, Do we need to enter the details only for the persons who had already attended the interview or will attend the interview?

In my case, I am applying Visas for both my parents and in-laws for first time. I dont know who will goto Interview first, because I am in the process of moving the interview date earlier. In that case what should I enter in Q9, as I dont have the exact Date Submitted(I presume that this is the Visa interview date) detail.

Hope I am clear with my Qs. I would really appreciate if any of you could throw some light on this. Please help.

1. Leave 1a, 1b, 1c blank if they are not applicable to you.

2. If you are filling up 2 forms for your parents, then
Form Copy 1: Name: Father's name
Spouse Name: Mother's Name
Form Copy 2: Name: Mother's name
Spouse Name: Father's name.

3. Both. Write all the persons for whom you have filled I-134 before.

Thank you admin for your immediate reply.

1) I have filled I-134, but no one had gone for interview.

Please Consider this ,
I have one interview date on August 3rd and other Interview date on september 29th (I am trying to move this date earlier, by luck I may get it before August 3rd also) In this situation what should I enter?

2) What is the Date Submitted field?
