B2 visa grant Probability

Dear Friends,

I am flying to US this month end on L1 visa and i am planning to call my wife/kids on L2 and my parents on B2.

My problem/question is, my onsite salary is 3000 USD per month, so what is the probability of the B2 visa grant to my parent I being thier sponsor?

You need to be able to support your parents in addition to supporting yourself and your wife and your kids.

If you can show that, you can sponsor them.
